MY MISSION.
I got into fitness after going through my own journey, at the time I didn't realise what I was really getting myself into, I just remember I was in a hotel in Magaluf at 19 years old I was over weight, I couldn't bare another year of the same, another holiday, another day, week, month or year feeling insecure about myself and how I looked, I had become socially awkward & nervous in certain situations all because of my weight. So I knew it was time to change. Once I started seeing how I could make changes to my body, my energy and bring a whole new level of confidence, it became something completely different. I knew I would never look back. Now after knowing exactly how that feels I have been dedicated to helping other people get the same result & really unlock who they truly are.
I have helped hundreds of people now really transform their lives, typically we all come into this journey with the end goal being a visual thing, honestly that's not usually that hard to achieve. The bigger changes come not just in the confidence there but the little things that you notice shine through with it, your new lease of energy from fuelling your body with proper nutrition, you will unlock not just physical new energy but the mental energy & clarity is next level, progressing in the work aspects of your life becomes much easier. A huge one for me was I no longer get out of breath doing the simple tasks that should never slow you down. Putting your shoes on should not take a recovery time and for me it did, I used to huff and puff putting on shoes, get out of breath climbing 10 stairs, when you no longer feel those things I cannot tell you how good it feels. I am completely dedicated o helping as many people as I can achieve these results.
I will show you not just how to achieve these results but how to do it the easiest and most effective way possible!
Who we help inside the programme.
Getting into coaching as my career and coming from the journey of my own transformation, I always thought I was going to help younger guys. Guys who had really low confidence & wanted to build a tonne of muscle just like I did & really wanted to improve their self confidence (something i genuinely never thought possible).
However my first in person client was a female and so have around half of the clients I trained then & still continue to coach to this day.
It turns out i get just as much enjoyment/ fulfilment out of coaching females as well as males, which has been amazing as I have had several couples coming onto the team together as well.
For me its all about how i can help people feel confident, reach their goal & make insane progress.
As long as someone is willing to work hard, make small changes and implement the tools i give them, then i know that i am going to love helping them!

"I’ve struggled with my body image since I was in my early teens. From problems with food and restricting myself I could never find a way to lose weight healthily without going back to that bad headspace. Callum helped me overcome this slowly by supporting me to maintain a healthy balanced diet, where I could still have fun on the occasional Saturday night but get straight back to the plan the next day. I was anxious when I had my best friend’s hen party in Ibiza last year - that I wouldn’t be feeling confident enough to get in photos in bikinis with all the other girls. I never would have known that by half way through the plan with Callum (months before Ibiza), I was wearing bikinis again and feeling amazing. I can’t thank Callum enough for how much he changed my life during this time, and for the skills and knowledge he’s given me to take forward into the rest of my life. I’m currently enjoying working with Callum again and this time striving for even better results. " I had actually been training for a long time, over the years I had made some progress but it just wasn't happening as fast as id of liked. It was actually my girlfriend Mgean who reached out to Callum as she knew that I was watching him and his results for a while. So coaching was gifted to me and it was a huge game changer for my progress. Once my first block ran out, I renewed and we worked together for several more months where I learned so much about training and nutrition as I got into the best shape of my life."

" I had never really used the gym before or been particularly into fitness but I wasn't really confident in myself so I knew I needed to change. I already knew Callum for years so I was comfortable going to him as I knew how knowledgeable he is & how well he takes care of his clients. When I started he did push me to really dig deeper into my goal but this gave me a clearer vision. With a clearer vision and a structured plan to get me there the process was actually so easy. The first milestone was actually to get comfortable to get my picture taken in a bikini, which we smashed and I put my first Bikni pic on IG, we are now looking at a photo shoot for me later in the year. " I started training with Callum back in 2018 while he was doing PT in Pure gym Motherwell, I was training with some different PT's before but Iwas unsure and unclear what it was Ireally wanted to achieve with them. I seen Callum advertise a 12 week programme at the time, we first sat down and really deep dived into what I wanted to achieve from fitness, why was I really going to the gym ?This honestly made things even clearer for me as we started training, I now had a vision, a real goal and I entered the gym with purpose for every session.
I completed the 12 weeks and for the first time I had actually achieved my first goal that was set out on stone, I was leaner than ever before and the sense of accomplishment from this just propelled motivation to keep pushing for better. Callum honestly showed me what I had no idea I was capable of, everything about the gym got a lot more exciting and I completely fell in love with it. When Callum left pure gym, so did I along with all of his other clients at the time we all moved to train with him and JD gym, it was much further but it was worth it for what we got. When he got up and left for Dubai, I moved online to continue coaching for 4 more years. I cannot thank Callum enough for the help he has given me over the years and I recommend anyone who isnt truly sure they can achieve their goal to send Callum a message, I guarantee he can help you!"

"I had been training for about a year before I seen Callum advertise his new signature programme, I realised at this time I had been training for a long time in the gym and trying to get on top of my nutrition but it wasn't working, I had been been putting in all of this work and not getting the results. I had asked Callum some advice in the DM's before and he is always so nice and always very helpful so I decided it was time I got serious about my goals and I signed up to the programme. That was 3 years ago now and I am still going strong, my training is better than ever, I never thought id get above 1300 calories, Callum has shown me how to reverse diet properly where we have taken my calories all the way up to 4100 and still held good condition while building lean muscle tissue, safe to say I have built a bum! The main thing is though, I fully have my confidence back, I wear what ever I want and I have never looked or felt better."
